it’s funny, watchin cartoons recently, justice league to be exact. theres an alien planet or something, and they put the green lantern on trial, the flash asks why GL cant get a lawyer,. the alien judges said, WE DEALT WITH OUR LAWYER PROBLEM AGES AGO!! so they go on and on, and eventually the flash volunteers to stand in as the green lanterns lawyer. The alien judge says, SO BE IT, BUT U MUST SHARE THE DEFENDANTS FATE, THAT IS HOW WE FIXED OUR LAWYER PROBLEM!!!!
i laughed at that. sorry its not really a fact or all that on topic, just wanted to share.
I think you bring a valid point,
yet it’s somewhat of a misdirection.
Lawyers in contemporary society,
merely work for a system that detains people,
accumulating “garbage heaps” of incarnated bodies.
An extreme waste of potential energy certainly.
Waste causes heat,
and may overheat,
melting the system.
Of course there are many other examples of these wasteful practices,
such as landfills and even sewage systems.
Here is a wonderful documentary on Waste Equals Foods.
Of course there has to be an alternative to wastefully imprisoning people.
There is, let us look at the example of recycling.
First the various incoming entities are sorted,
then they could be reprocessed to become raw materials,
and sent to entities which can benefit with these raw materials.
In a court system the sorting can involve a resume and interview,
followed by identifying potential polities interested in receiving them,
to widen the scope of polity options the entity can receive training.
The court offers destination options, and transportation.
Ultimately it is the choice of the entity to decide.
Hypnotherapists such as Michael Newton have regressed patients,
when they were in theta waves to an experience between lives,
This is how the court system works in between lives.
we may as well learn from it.
While a person is in the court system,
they can be with a small group of peers,
where they may share experiences,
and consult with group guide,
who may assist with training.
Quite possibly such a peer group,
may decide to form a tribe,
or go to a location together.
This would be more of a monastery,
for various banished or misplaced people,
until they can find a new home.
A place between polities.
