1. Let entity be aware or do sense
is equivalent to “freedom of information”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_information_legislation

Though 1 can go steps further,
as it allows you to take record your experience,
so take pictures of what and who you see,
as well as plant bugs and wiretaps.

This means it’s not limited to government,
everyone can do it, to feel aware,
and so more able to be safe.

So information is free,
and you’re free to achieve it,
in whatever manner you be aware.

10. Let entity be solar system or do space flight
At the moment it’s a bit of a non-issue,
since so few are capable of space-flight,
in any case it’ll be covered by freedom of movement 7.
11. Let entity be galactic or do commune with stars
Currently this is top-secret in many countries.
Though perhaps Mexico or Brazil,
have started relevant legislation.

It could be considered covered by
“freedom of religion”, which is 6.

Though it is somewhat different.

Gray aliens, reptilian or nordic star beings,
while they might be mentioned historically in a religious context,
are physical entities with bodies from other star systems.
12. Let entity be universal or do intersect
Freedom to be common.
Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Freedom to Interact

Article 10

UDHR
Article 2
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
So based on this,
genetic engineering or hybridization is okay.
that’s a birth status, and racial blend.
15. Let entity be infinite or do infinite
This might fall under “freedom of religion”,
as it allows people to proclaim themselves God.

UDHR
Article 18
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

So that’s all of them covered in UDHR,
which should work most places on the planet.

Accountable

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

In order to be accountable,
have to have accounts.

Hence the barter-trade-calculation formula:

(((time+mass)^chakra)/abundance)*utility) = base price of item.

in addition to that price might be
the shipping and handling fee
or other transfer related taxes.

each person can be their own account manager,
and the community manages it’s account.

all community accounts are public to community members.
however a person can have extra-communal personal transactions.

to get money from other groups,
trade local products and services,
for money from other groups.

foreign currency can be bought from the community,
or from any persons that did personal project trades.
the value of the currency is projectCost/currencyReceived
if the community has several such projects it can be an average.

there are community projects,
and there are personal projects.

community projects are decided on at regular intervals.
perhaps following soon after a festive holiday celebration.

an interesting time for project elections day is at cellestial events,
such as equinoxes and solstices, which are traditionally sacred.
times with greater energy for potential, critical junctures.

people can choose to do personal projects at will.
it is wise to take into account any ongoing community work,
though ultimately it is a personal decision.

can involve other community members
if they volitionally choose and commit to do so.

while doing a community job,
any personal donations given or received should be taken record of,
including the people who gave the donation,
for allowing more people to appreciate them.
Personal donations can be kept wholly.

Customer can request to give a community donation,
which would add to the communities pot.
These donations should of course also be recorded.
With potential tax benefits as a charitable organization.

Some items or services can be from the community,
so can be free or nominal fee to rent for community members to use responsibly.
community covering the cost of repair and replacement for rented items.
member can potentially purchase a replica of a community item,
if community item is not available for purchase.

The goal of these community events,
to make sure every community member,
lives a fulfilling life in harmony with each other.

Seedball Fruition: Wild Strawberries

must have come from seedballs thrown previous autumn.

United Empire Loyalists were given Crown land if they proved they lost everything in fighting the revolutionists. A precident?
Perhaps. Thanks for your support :-D *hugs*

Heinlein had a similar idea that one could only become citizen through military services.

Though he himself was in the navy so thats a bit biased.

Which priesthood one enters is choosable by free beings.

When having a garden,

the more work done,

the more work required.

The fall or autumn can be seen for those who look,

the warmest season of earths fiat economy has passed,

it is time to make fruit with seed,

that come spring, our (grand)children will flourish.

It happens naturally,

though if consciously supported,

typically more successful.

What do you mean by atom tribe community?

What do you mean by atom tribe community, how will this work for humanity do you mean to follow the exact model and group them by the atom structure. the carbon atom structure since we are cabon based lifeforms.
can potentially have a group of 6, but anywhere in the range of 1 to 92(uranium) is relatively stable. Around 28 (nickel) is the most cohesive, though iron 26 is more common.

the neutrons I’ve come to understand as representative of “tasks” though technically “neutral member”.
So each proton is an active person, but requires a task or neutralizing force to remain group cohesion.
This is also verified by studies of people that live together in confined spaces.
Typically each doing their own thing.
Only coming together in a co-operative or light-hearted social way.

In studies to do with warcraft it was found that group effectiveness peaked at around 60, which is neutrons+protons in nickel.

Though studies in group conversations found that effectiveness peaked at 5-7 (which coincides with homo-sapiens short-term memory capacities). so that would be a recommended maximum per house-hold.

So it’s possible some persons could be a “task” or neutral entity.
Such as (pre-pubescent, under 12 or 13) children which are more likely to be more willing to do what they are told,
rather than commit actions they thought up.

It’s important to note there are minimums for the amount of volume in a room.
If you’re building a house or boat where you might be confined indoors for prolonged periods of time, it’s good to have a minimum of 17m^3 per person.

http://history.nasa.gov/SP-483/ch3-2.htm

So when a confined person says “I need space” give them some.
Building a new hut is usually easy enough, especially when a community effort,
minimum recommended dimensions of 3m long 4m wide 2m high, per person or room.
Though rooms where people only spend short periods of times can of course be smaller.
Individual groups within a whole, and if you cant touch without change of structure what would be the point of it. Are you saying you want to be like the amish but with technology to lead to more technology.
There are some similarities, like community cohesion, and sense of belonging.

Though you’d want to have a significant amount of room between each atom-nucleus or residential area.

and each atom could have an independent belief-system which suits the atom-occupants best.

and yes the self-replicating fab labs allow for “technology that makes more technology”.
if the atom-tribe reaches a large number, or radio-active isotope, or simply there is some disagreement about future direction,
there can be a split.
Just as a cell splits to reproduce,
half the resources go into each cell.
each having a copy of “the plans”, a fab lab, and initial forest garden.
Naturally initial set up of new community will be aided by whole community,
just as we help our children at least till they can feed and provide for themselves.

“the plans” include how-to documents, histories, belief-systems, are the DNA of the atom-tribe.
which it’s recommended to store on ceramic or some other sturdy tiles/disks for longevity.
I’ve got a presentation on it http://www.scribd.com/doc/25128643/Storage-in-Stone-Ceramic-Storage-Presentation

the self-replicating fab-lab technology while there are bits and pieces of it everywhere,
it might take some time and experimentation before being able to make all products from dirt, in a simple and concise self-replicating fab-lab package.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fab_lab

another difference from the amish is seedball forest gardening.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seed_ball

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Companion_planting

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forest_gardening

this minimizes the amount of time and effort that goes into food production,
so there is much time for other things, like making products, relaxation an having fun.

Remember that traditional hunter-gatherer societies only work 3-4 hours on average to meet their needs, the rest being free time.
[yvid]qM54kgK1wlw[/yvid]

If you maintain a large forest-garden you can probably decrease that time.
Remember to have at least 10m*10m or 100m^2 per person of forest-garden. That’s if full year growing season, if less then adjust accordingly 200m^2 for half-year growing season.

So to conclude, atom-tribe includes people, forest-garden, fab-lab, and plans.

Military Predator

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

in reply to http://seasteading.org/interact/forums/community/dreaming-/-crazy-ideas-/-speculation/starting-your-military

What is a military?

A predator.

Why do we have it?

Protection.

Example,

a primitive land of dinosaurs,

the large predators keep the planet safe from colonization.

Sure the herbivores get eaten,

but they also get protection,

and enhanced evolution.

Proposal,

a seastead flag,

mounted on military seasteads.

a robotic drone willing to do much to maintain sovreignty.

Which can defend themselves from government mlitiaries or pirates.

Then we seasteaders can use like flags and ships,

so the government mlitaries or pirates respect sovreignty.

As butterflies that copy the monarch.

the military or predator seastead,

can make contract with some local seasteads,

that in exchange for regular supplies,

it protects them.

Lichen are very good at thriving in many harsh conditions.

Plant algae encased in fungi,

fungi protecting plant,

plant feeding fungi.

In lichen the fungi also gathers minerals and water,

bringing it to the plants through its network,

the plants then processing materials with sunlight,

making usable energy and food.

So a contract predator can go on a hunt or quest,

to find items to bring back to the seastead.

where the processing of materials,

via a seastead fabrication laboratory

into wished-for objects occurs.

a symbiotic relationship.

week day x: galaxy, solar system

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

what day is it?

galaxy day,
was supposed to order robot parts,
haven’t yet.

did some other stuff.
earlier solar system day,
wrote another function for Huspol.

gonna have address calculation fully functional sometime soon.

robot will be programmable in assembly language,
will integrate support for huspol,
testing out the inter-processor huspol assembly level.

also watched a video today, on environmentalism, and the digital age.

got a comment on the neo tribalism video i produced recently.

neo tribalism part 1: http://www.youtube.com/user/lokadin#p/a/u/1/IsA2dMEsc78
neo tribalism part 2: http://www.youtube.com/user/lokadin#p/a/u/0/DwFOQUgUg5E

Week Day 9: Planet Day

Friday, March 5th, 2010

Researched Environmentalism.

Watered some plants,
fed and played with rabbits and kittens.

Spoke with Gaya.
She said most important planetary contribution I can make is Huspol.
