Earth Charter

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

For having a reliable environmental lawful document
we could petition to get city hall to enact the Earth Charter

http://www.earthcharterinaction.org/content/pages/Read-the-Charter.html

This would give us more statements to leverage our ideals from,
so that we could say “do fill in the blank” as required by the Earth Charter.

Allowing plants to grow tall
1. Respect Earth and life in all its diversity.
a. Recognize that all beings are interdependent and every form of life
has value regardless of its worth to human beings.
Encouraging companies to be accountable for environmental impact:
2. Care for the community of life with understanding, compassion, and love.
a. Accept that with the right to own, manage, and use natural
resources comes the duty to prevent environmental harm and to protect
the rights of people.
b. Affirm that with increased freedom, knowledge, and power comes
increased responsibility to promote the common good.
Empowering consumer with proper labelling
7.
d. Internalize the full environmental and social costs of goods and
services in the selling price, and enable consumers to identify
products that meet the highest social and environmental standards.
promoting self-sufficient tribes
7.
f. Adopt lifestyles that emphasize the quality of life and material
sufficiency in a finite world.
promoting Wicca or Eco-friendly belief systems
8
b. Recognize and preserve the traditional knowledge and spiritual
wisdom in all cultures that contribute to environmental protection and
human well-being.
and many many more…

in any case, it’s something we could accomplish.

Plant Activism Idea

Friday, September 3rd, 2010

For quick and tangible impact,
by implementing local solutions,
we can protest, petition and empower people.

Recently municipal plant abuses have come to light,
by giving insufficient room for trees to grow roots,
and by mowing robbing them of a support network of undergrowth,
they have high likely-hood to die or become feeble through sickness.

http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/article/856171–tree-lined-streets-not-worth-the-cost-arborists-say?bn=1

To live in a more fulfilled paradise of joyous gardens.
We promote the growing of tall grass and plants.

Petition to inform punishing people for tall plants or sustenance
gardens be illegal:
The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights ICCPR,
2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their
natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations
arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the
principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a
people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.
a Covenant signed and ratified by Canada and most other countries on
planet earth.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICCPR

Empowering peoples
informing of rights/abilities to grow tall plants,
giving them the lawful support for their sustenance gardens,
all can be done in the span of a usual protesting-petitioning rally.
Though a suburban door-to-door approach could also be implemented.

Having sustenance gardens has many benefits

improved air quality
expanded wildlife habitat
edible weeds for food and products
diverse scenery beautiful and stimulating
electrical energy and water savings
modulates urban temperature and humidity
local produce more abundant
job opportunities

to help people be cohesive with their environment and respectful of nature,
we could develop a human and animal rights/abilities package,
potentially for a small fee while going door-to-door.

This way activists could gain an income,
by selling activists paraphernalia,
while doing activism activities.

Greed and Fear

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010
However, I’ve also created two custom modules totalling a few thousand lines of code, not to mention the customized theme (based on the Zen theme). This is the code that I was referring to when I mentioned not open-sourcing anything. Of course, given the amount of FOSS code I’ve used already, it would only make sense to give the code back, but it may not be my decision to make.
Greed for code,
Fear of leadership.
Yep, that’s my take on this.

Mind-sensation:
Those that fear be weak,
those that intimidate be strong,
a reptilian hominid motto on fear.

Mind-sensation:
Taketh so you shalt receiveth,
giveth so thou can taketh away,
a reptilian hominid motto on greed.

Where is your Generosity?
We have given to you.
Balance the karma!

Where is your Freedom?
You have the ability to choose,
there be no greater power than you.
For without you experience,
there be no experience.

Campaign Strategy
During the debate, point out the scorecard for Harper (how many attack ads), etc. Then face the camera and smile “Is this the man (party) for you?”
Have you noticed the Irony?
The Cognitive Dissonance,
of that very statement.
Claiming the other attacks more,
it is an attack-ad in itself.

What beneficial policies be you promoting?
How about focusing on the policies.
Politics is about policies, in polities.
I like what I see. Maybe others do too. Recent discussion indicates Liberals will move to defeat Conservatives in September.
Will that improve the Liberal Party?

What be the advantages of being elected?
More funding, and ability to propose bills.

We are already great at getting funding,
but we can certainly work on policy proposal software.
http://pocolib.ca Is a wonderful start, a great contribution to democracy.

We can improve this making a Direct Democracy,
integrating all of our member followers,
There are several viable improvements:
* making voting much easier
* making it a package for many polity to use (community, district, municipality, government)
* allowing these policy packages to interact with each other (finding common and different policies)

Then the “government” and “court system” could be an automated process.
Automated in the sense there are policies describing the process,
we could use computers to help analyze data in making decisions.

This be freedom, generosity and Empowerment.
Allowing localities to make their own decisions.
An economy of promissory notes, and punishment force of vigilante members,
coherently interacting through mutually agreed upon policies,
self-selected in locality with open source policy software.

a perfect policysphere, is one that effectively reproduces the user.

Please be confident when expressing policy suggestions.
We cannot be affraid to speak our minds when it comes to party policy.
For clearer message,
positive translation of title:
Please be confident when expressing policy suggestions.
I sincerely believe that what Canadians are looking for is a clear party line between us and the conservatives.
The Conservative policies currently are similar to Neo-liberalism.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-liberalism

So oftentimes there are policies consistent with our values.

As Liberals by definition we value Freedom and Generosity.

http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=liberal
We need to be clear about the gun registry
It hinders freedom,
by limiting private property,
being abhorrent to our values,
it must be banished.
and our support for the RCMP
who has done a great job administrating it.
Socialized Punishment is more and NDP thing.

A Liberal alternative,
by giving more freedom to people,
is allowing people to secure their own habitat.
This supports fundamental requirement for having a locality or habitat in which to reside.
8. Let entity be local or do homestead
We need to be clear about a sustainable economic and infrastructure plan
for the next generation not just 4 years from now.
If we have green initiatives we should not be ashame to mention them.
For maintaing many diverse habitats,
by using groups of people dedicated to sustaining them,
we can promote neo-tribalism and intentional-communities.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-tribalism

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intentional_communities

It’s quite simple to do,
we simply give intentional-communities,
carte-blance authority on everything that happens in their tribe.
Disputes in the tribe, are solved by the tribe.
As be supported by our valuing their Freedom.
Part I
Article 1
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

Article 12
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
To allow maximum policy diversity,
we must have many polities that are self-determined.
Inter-tribal disputes can be settled in a local-court,
Inter-city disputes can be settled in a provincial court,
Inter-provincial disputes can be settled in the supreme court.

Prisons be abhorrent and criminal,
by restricting freedom of movement,
so should be banished from the system.
Appealing to a higher court becomes redundant.
Article 13
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including their own, and to return to their country.
Article 14
1. Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.

2. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
All court-related prosecution be political,
the only crime being of going against a policy within a polity (policy + polity = political).

So the solution for those prosecuted,
simply move away to a different polity (tribe).
Preferably one who’s policies allow for your activities.

Part of the Liberal Generosity,
be allowing every tribe to be political,
having their own polities and diverse policies.

So you can remain in a familiar habitat,
where political atmosphere be compliant with your abilities,

List of Abilities (constitution 4.0)

Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

What you do to we,
we do to you,
be karma.

To allow you ability,
then allow we ability.

A Chakra List of Abilities:

0. let being be none or do nothing
1. let being be aware or do sense
2. let being be addict or do satisfy
3. let being be free or do choose

5. let being be wise or do express
6. let being be psychic or do intuit

12. let being be universal or do intersect
13. let being be included or do union

let we with you all be.

Releasing Horses into the Wild

Monday, August 23rd, 2010

For those horses which are unwanted,
by means of transportation donation,
can get a ticket for your horse released into the wild.

In Canada, the best place to release horses is in southern Alberta,
Onefour Heritage Rangeland, or any of the vacant land between there and the community of Wild Horse.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=&daddr=Cypress+County,+Alberta+T0K+1R0,+Canada+(Onefour+Heritage+Rangeland+Natural+Area)&hl=en&geocode=CS85rvFiMwvzFQ447gId81dt-SGxVzOyZ_IC1A&mra=ls&sll=49.222082,-110.383759&sspn=0.470888,1.278534&ie=UTF8&ll=49.208626,-110.383759&spn=0.498833,1.278534&t=h&z=10

The main component being that it’s a good habitat,
in which horses have plenty of room to run around,
and lots of grass and wild flowers to eat.
